AuditFile® is committed to sustainability. Our platform keeps the entire audit file online, so workpapers, document requests, signatures and review can all happen without printing, shipping or a trip to the office.

AuditFile, Inc. is committed to sustainability in the product we build, the way we deliver it and the suppliers we choose. We build software that lets audit teams do their work without paper, shipping or unnecessary travel. We deliver it from shared cloud infrastructure. We set written standards for the companies we buy from.
WHAT WE DO
Six things we do today.
Each one is part of AuditFile® now.
We move documents through a portal.
Document requests, uploads, messages and final deliverables travel through a client portal connected to the engagement, in place of mail and couriers.
We build in e-signatures.
Documents are signed electronically, and the signed PDF files itself back into the binder as a workpaper. There is no print, sign and scan loop.
We make review possible from anywhere.
Reviewers can open the file from any connected device, including our iOS apps, and sign off where they are.
We run the software, so you do not have to.
Our standard cloud product runs in the browser. Customers have no servers to buy, power or maintain for it.
We use shared cloud infrastructure.
AuditFile runs on Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. Hosting is in the United States by default, with regional hosting available in other jurisdictions, including the EU and Canada.

The AuditFile® Supplier Code of Conduct sets out what we expect of the companies and people we buy from on labor and human rights, business integrity, data protection, responsible use of AI, accessibility and the environment.
